Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because our mobile spa schedules dedicated 1-on-1 routes for each pet, punctuality and timely communication are essential.

24-Hour Notice Required

You may reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window.

Late Cancellations & Lockouts

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or instances where the groomer arrives and is unable to access the pet may be subject to a nominal $25 routing dispatch fee.
