Welcome to MOMO Mobile Pet Spa. By scheduling an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Mobile Service Requirements

Our grooming vans require safe, legal parking (driveway or curbside) within reasonable walking distance of your residence. Our units are 100% self-contained with on-board power and heated water.

2. Pet Health & Vaccinations

For the safety of our staff and clients, all pets must be up-to-date on Rabies vaccinations. Please notify us prior to your appointment of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural sensitivities.

3. Safety & Fear-Free Guarantee

We practice 100% fear-free handling. If a pet becomes severely distressed or aggressive to a degree that poses immediate danger, our groomer may pause or stop the session to prioritize the pet's well-being.
